Zesty Mimosa Marinated Shrimp


½ cup vegetable Oil
½ cup Soleil Mimosa Classic
½ cup thinly sliced red onion
12 orange wheels
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp dill weed
½ tsp hot pepper sauce
2 pounds medium shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined

A delightful zesty shrimp that is a must have with your brunch menu. Or serve them as hors d’oeuvres at your next gathering alongside a glass of chilled Soleil Mimosa Classic.

In a large bowl, combine the vegetable oil, Soleil Mimosa Classic, red onions, orange wheels, parsley, salt, dill weed and hot pepper sauce.

Add the shrimp and toss to coat.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least four hours. You can also do this overnight.

Remove from refrigerator and drain.

Arrange shrimp on a plate alongside orange wheels and other citrus fruit for garnish.
